Advizzo — Behaviour change, not just dashboards

As the sole product designer, I rebuilt Advizzo's UX end-to-end across web, email, and print so households could actually act on their energy/water data. The work spanned research, IA, interaction design, and a multi-tenant design system that scaled across brands and markets. I redesigned onboarding to cut friction, translated complex models into plain-language insights, and embedded behavioural nudges in the right moments (comparisons, timely tips, progress cues). Over my time there, the platform grew from a single trial to serving 2.5M+ households, with utilities reporting meaningful, sustained reductions and strong engagement. The emphasis throughout: clear decisions, not just pretty charts — shipped in small, testable slices with tight feedback loops.
